FixPast

1. Service Description:

FixPast provides a Digital Safe service for storing files, including text and voice messages, subject to certain size limitations. Registration for the FixPast is free, but a one-time service fee is required for the storage of information.
In exchange for the service fee, we provide a permanent place for your information in this Digital Safe. You may also cancel the Service within 7 days and receive a refund.

2. User Obligations:

You agree to use the FixPast only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to copyright infringement or the transmission of any material that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or offensive.

3. Intellectual Property Rights:

FixPast owns all intellectual property rights in the Service and any materials provided to you as part of the Service.
You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute any of the materials provided to you as part of the Service without the Company's prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability:

FixPast is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
The Company is not liable for any loss of data or information stored in the Digital Safe.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties:

FixPast is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. User Responsibility:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access information, including your password, and for any activity that occurs under your account as a result of your failure to keep this information secure.
The Company is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your access information confidential.

7. Termination:

FixPast may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason without notice. You may terminate this Agreement by canceling the Service within the allotted time period.

8. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and FixPast regarding the use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
